Close design from the 35-SE, this is still a robust 35mm rangefinder with an interesting design.
Unlike the 35 SE, which is semi-automatic with choice of a couple of IL, this earlier model is equipped with an automatism of shutter speed priority.

• Viewfinder with 45mm framing, automatic correction of the parallax and rangefinder yellow rectangular view.
24x36 frame with 135 film.
• Central shutter allowing the shutter speed of 1/1000 per sec.
• Fixed lens Fujinon f 1.9/45mm. Focusing by toothed wheel at the body back and depth of field chart on the hood "such as the Kodak Medalist." Minimum aperture at f/22.
• Selenium cell coupled with shutter speed priority. The reading of the cell is done by needle in a window on the top cover and directly gives the aperture chosen by the camera. The automatism doesn’t let the release if the lighting conditions are incorrect. It can also be disconnected in manual mode.
• Film advance by lever under the sole including a reminder of the used film.
• Mechanical frame counter readable in a round window, also under the sole
• Accessory shoe.
• M and X sync on the shutter
• Mechanical self-timer
• Rewinding crank at the top of the left side of the body

It’s a rangefinder, like the 35-SE, technically very interesting.

It cost 24,000 yen
