Chronology of cameras Yashica
History of the brand Yashica New window

Traduction de Manuel M

The FX-2 is a semi-automatic version of the FX-1 which it resembles outside. Like this one, besides the lenses Yashica DSB, it can use the Contax lenses. As a matter of interest the FX-1 is the beginning of a range more affordable than that of Contax, developed jointly by Yashica and Zeiss.

It has two CdS cells.

The FX-2 is one of the last cameras all metal of the range with ML mount;
One will admit the merit to him to have a control of the depth of field and a switch for cell under the crank.
