Le Super Ikonta II (BX) peut se trouver avec trois formes de posemètre. La première est identique à la version d'avant -guerre. Le posemètre est assez haute, le volet est grand et non ajouré. La seconde forme (dans l'ordre chronologique) a un volet ajouré. La troisième est plus basse. Il s'agit du posemètre du Contax IIIa. Le volet est plus petit.
Cet exemplaire a un objectif Zeiss Opton Tessar 2,8/8 cm. Il est traité anti-reflet. On le sait par la lettre T en rouge. L'obturateur Compur-Rapid a une prise synchro pour flash. Cette variante fut fabriquée de 1948 à 1952, avant d'être remplacée par une variante avec un obturateur Synchro-Compur.
