Chronology of cameras Phenix

The Phenix DC303N is a Pentax K mount SLR camera with manual exposure control.

The first copies of the Phenix DC303N left the Jiangxi Optical Instrument General Factory facilities around 1999.

UK distributor Firstcall Photographic Ltd has marketed the Phenix DC303K and Phenix DC303N from the second half of 2005 with respective introductory prices of 89.99 GBP and 109.99 GBP for sets including body, Phenix 50mm f1:1.7 standard lens and a leatherette case.

To justify this price difference, the DC303N features depth of field preview and multiple exposure in addition.

In May 2008 Firstcall Photographic Ltd still offered these bundles on its website.

As a complement to these base kits, Firstcall Photographic Ltd also offered a flash (reference PH280A) and 4 Phenix branded lenses in its catalog:

   - a 28-70 mm zoom f1:3.4-4.8
   - a 28-105 mm zoom
