Hard to identify this one : there are six pages of HEAG in the Mc Keown's, and often there are several formats for a model. It seems to me to be the 6 x 9 version of  HEAG II type 2 10 x 15.
The shutter is "ever ready" type and has 3 speeds 1 / 25, 1 / 50 and 1 / 100 plus B and T  (here called W and Z). The lens is an Aplanat opened to 8.8.

The camera is with double extension and has the two decentering
