Foth Folding de Luxe

A very similar camera appears on page 22 of the Photo-Plait catalog dated 1930. However, it has only one button to extend the bellows. The sheathing on the drawing is commonplace and it is not mentioned any deluxe version covered with reptile skin. It appears again in 1931(page 27). In 1932, the design of the catalog is modified and shows a second draw button. There is talk of a covering of the black or tan morocco type, but still not any lizard.

At this time, brands often manufactured "Deluxe" version of their most popular models. Luxury is characterized by a reptile skin covering (is this true?), Bellows made of genuine leather, nickel plating on some parts and sometimes better lacquer paintings.
