Chronology of cameras Ernemann

This Bob I ( also called Bob 1a at the beginning and also Bob I Miniatur ) is a small folding of the great German brand disappeared in 1926 following the merging of several brands to form Zeiss Ikon . It uses 127 film and produces 4 x 6.5 cm negatives.
The deployment is manual, but facilitated by a foldable pull tab . The focusing  is done by extending the bellows, with a locking lever and a distance scale (in meters): 2, 3, 6, 10 and infinite ( ∞).
The shutter, which goes up to 1/100 , also offers slow speeds : 1 sec , 1/2 , 1/5 , 1/10 and 1/25 and 1/ 50. . It has two exposure mode referred to herein as 0 and Z (usually B and T). It is equipped with a pneumatic shutter speed adjustment .
This small gem also offers vertical and horizontal shift and two tripod threaded sockets.
Only downside: it takes very good eyes to read the indications on the shutter , the diaphragm as well as focusing distances, prints are very small and very thin on the black lacquered metal , leaving only the raw metal appearing because supposed to contrast.

This camera, according to the serial number , was produced in 1922 , so by the end of this production period ( 1909-1922 ) .
