Les Standard étaient fabriqués à Birmingham. Kenilworth est une ville proche. Cette façon de nommer un modèle nous rapproche un peu plus des Warwick, puisque la ville de Warwick se trouve également dans le même périmètre.
L'appareil est difficile à classer dans un type précis. On hésite entre box et faux reflex. Pour trancher, on dira que c'est un box a viseur unique placé comme l'objectif de visée d'un reflex bi-objectif. Il est extrêmement simple et son utilisateur ne se perdra pas dans le choix de l'ouverture (deux possibilités).
