Agfa and Ansco joined on the American market, between 1928 and 1943, before Ansco did continue alone its activities. Even during this period, certain models are found under the name Agfa Ansco or Ansco. It is this association which explains why one can find cameras Agfa "Made in the USA".

This box 120 was manufactured between 1935 and 1941. During these a few years, the front face was improved several times. The clear face with the Agfa logo under the lens dates from the beginning of the 40s.
A Ansco camera bears the same name, but it is a little more recent (1948).
