Ce reflex bi-objectif a des fonctionnalités standard. L'Hacoflex a existé à travers de diverses variantes aux différences minimes : prise synchro en haut ou en bas, pas de prise synchro. Celui-ci est équipé pour pouvoir mettre des filtres ou pare-soleils en monture Rollei.
Il a existé également sous d'autres noms. Le Toyocaflex est quasiment identique.
