Agfa Billy Record 4,5

Traduction de Sylvain Halgand

The difficulty of precise identification of this camera is that it was manufactured before, during and after the second world war. The model of pre-war period recognizes with its button in advance film which is collapsible.
The model manufactured from 1940 is recognized by its safety device against the double exposures, visible beside the shutter release. It was thus manufactured until 1949. After the end of the war, it seems that the German origin of the camera is clearly indicated, some having a shutter Prontor S in the place of Prontor II. Prontor II covers speeds of 1 second to the 1/150 secondes. The lens is Apotar 4,5/105 mm.
