Minolta Samsung X-700

This X-700 was intended for the South Korean market as shown by the three-star Samsung brand logo on the right of the lens which replaces the usual MPS label (Minolta Program System).
Except for the Samsung added logo, this camera has no apparent differences with the model sold in the rest of the world.
In the Korean peninsula, the X-700 is often accompanied by a 50mm f1:1.4 "Samsung MD Korea".

Samsung and Minolta established a partnership from 1979. Among the cameras involved, there was also the X-300.

This three-star logo is the one used by Samsung from 1980 to 1992.
There is a variant of the Korean version of the X-700, this time with the logo used from 1993 ("Samsung" text inside an inclined oval).
