Carena SX-300

Traduction de Manuel M

This camera is derived from Minolta X300, X370s and X-7A.

After having manufactured the cameras of this series in Japan, Minolta quickly installed a manufacturing unit in Malaysia, then in China.

The SX-300 of Carenawhich comes from there, is perfectly identical to Minolta. The bayonet is that of Minolta. It was also delivered under the name of Vivitar V50, of Centon DF-300 and Seagull DF-300x.

The lens mountes on the specimen presented is a Vivitar M/MD 1.8 F = 50mm. But is it the lens of origin? I doubt it, because the Carena lens are generally called Carenar.
