In 1931 a new Nada appears, quite similar to the 1930 model, but with a central opening system of the back, adding of an iconometer viewfinder and a new shutter with a black front face. Its back, with the inscription Nada Lumière written in a triangle, is no longer completely removable.

Its technical features are:

• Shutter: 25/50/100 / B (bulb) / T (long exposure)
• Apertures: iris diaphragm 6.3 / 8/12/16/24
• Distances: m 2/5 / Infinity (no longer engraved on the front but on the rim of the lens)
• Shutter on the lens block
• Viewfinder: optical reversible + iconometer
