Yashica Dental Eye II

Traduction de Manuel M

The Dental Eye is the integration of a reflex camera, of a lens of 4/100 mm (5 elements in 3 groups), of an annular flash and a dating back. At the end of the lens the adjustment of the ratio of reproduction is. The customers concerned are precisely that of the medical professions, the dentists in first of course.

The use of the camera extremely simplified.
The focusing is manual. In the viewfinder appears a rangefinder with coincidence surrounded by a crown of microprisms. In the viewfinder, the only indicator is the drawing of a flash of lighting which when it is permanent indicates a full charge of the flash, which when it flickers slowly indicates an insufficient charge of the flash, and which when it flickers quickly indicates an insufficiency of light.

The camera is fully automatic, there is no control of adjustment of aperture and speed. Speeds go from 16 seconds to the 1/2000 second. When the flash is not turn on, the aperture is blocked on 4 and the program fixes the speed. With the flash, the speed is blocked, at 1/90.

The camera being intended for interior use, it can be connected on the mains supply by means of a transformer.

On the base of the camera a small cursor with three positions is. It is about a correction of exposure. If the flash is on, possible correction is ±1.0 EV. If the flash is off, possible correction is +1.5EV.
