Galter Hopalong Cassidy

Traduction de Sylvain Halgand

Hopalong is the hero of twenty-eight “western” novels written by Clarence E. Mulford during the 20s, 30s and 40s. The character was carried to the screen in 66 films. All had as interprets William Boyd, at a point where this star of the silent film and his character of Hoppy ended up merging in imaginary American. No American actor interpreted such a great number of times the same character.
William Boyd is deceased in 1972, but the legend of its character and his faithful Topper horse remains quite alive.

It should be noted that the camera carries a copyright in the name of the actor.
