History of the brand Konica New window

Gift from Jacky Galinier, whom I thank warmly

This reflex has ONE historical interest. This was the first 24 x 36 SLR to use the DX encoding for recognition of the film sensitivity. Besides, the device is the DX variation of the CT.
DX encoding not being yet universally prevalent on the films, however, it remains possible to set the sensitivity in a more traditional way.

Apart from that, it is an automatic camera with speed priority, fully molded in polycarbonate, with a pretty design. Its small size makes it very pleasant to use.  Automatism can be disabled to turn it into a semi-automatic. Left side in the viewfinder, there is a apertures scale. An additional pointer indicates the maximum aperture of the lens.
