The Halma cameras have been distributed by Tohko Co., which also distributed the Owla cameras. The manufacturer of the Halma cameras would be Hara Factory Ltd., which might have also made the Prinz-Flex.
The product quality and rigor used in the manufacture of this TLR are equal to those of the best European productions of the time.
On the IIb model , lenses are equipped with a bayonet.
