Chronology of cameras Sigma

Sigma is one of the world's largest photographic lens makers, but it made very few film cameras. They all use the unique Sigma SA lens mount, but there are some adapters for other systems. By the 1990's most consumer SLR's were sold with a zoom lens. The Sigma SA-300 was commonly sold with the 28-105mm seen here or a 28-200mm. Here is a selection of its many features:

Metering: Multi segment (8), Spot meter, Average.

Exposure control: Program AE, Shutter priority AE, Aperture priority AE, Manual, Compensation +/- 2EV (1/2 stop intervals),  Auto bracketing +/- 2EV (1/2 stop intervals.

Flash: Red eye reduction, Daylight Synchronization, Slow Synchronization.

Viewfinder (LCD + LED): Shutter speed, Aperture, Manual exposure, Exposure compensation, Auto bracketing, Flash ready, Focus information, AE lock.

The 28-105mm lens weighs an additional 355 grams.
