Chronology of cameras Kodak
The model E is quite rare and subject to a relatively short production. It was built from November 1903 to May 1904.
The body of the device is made of wood and aluminum coated with grain leather.
The shutter block is attached to a movable plate covered with thin leather. This mobile part allows a vertical shift through a toothed wheel; a horizontal shift is also provided.
The viewfinder can be rotated for so-called "landscape" shootings.
The tab on the side of the bed is a stand, which allows to install the camera in horizontal position.
The nameplate bearing the name of the model is nickel plated.
