Chronology of cameras Gevaert
Traduction de Sylvain Halgand
The Belgian manufacturer of chemicals and films for photography made build the cameras carrying his mark by foreign manufacturers. This one does not escape this rule since it is due to Hermann Wolf, German manufacturer.
This box is interesting for the symmetry of its front face. The button of bottom, on the left, makes it possible to choose between one of the three apertures; that of right-hand side, makes it possible to choose between M (instantaneous) and B (exposure). The setting of the distance from shooting is carried out by rotation of the frontal lens.
