When I came across this camera, I thought it was a Regula King. They are very similar!
This camera is rather light, even though the base plate is quite heavy. It has an uncoupled meter which could help make this camera look like a Voigtländer.
Its 1:2.8 45mm Color-Isconar lens and its shutter firing up to 1/125th only clearly show that this camera belongs to the Regula series.
