Chronology of cameras Ihagee
This is an Exa Ia type 2, recognizable by its cocking lever, and the addition of rings for a strap, not provided on type 1.
It can provide two view finding modes, the traditional hood or the prism. To load the film, it is necessary to rotate by a quarter of a turn a ring under the base and this part together with the back was removed. Another feature, the shutter is not curtain type, but is a flap attached to the mirror.
The lens is a Meritar 2.8 / 50mm.
