Les box sont peu représentés dans la production d'Orionwerk. La plupart portent le nom de Rio, suivi d'un chiffre et d'une lettre donnant le format.
Le Rio 73B est au format 6,5 x 9 cm. Ce box à plaque est rudimentaire, avec un viseur iconométrique. Construit en bois, il est recouvert d'un décor noir. Seule la poignée est en cuir. L'obturateur a deux positions : Z et M correspondant à une vitesse instantanée et l'autre à la pose.
