Chronology of cameras Mazo

This Mazo 9 x 12 folding plate camera is a well-constructed model designed for beginners.

The camera is made of mahogany covered in Morocco leather and offers the possibility of horizontal and vertical shifts.

Focusing is simply done by sliding the lens board on the rail. There is no rack and pinion adjustment.

The shutter is a Bausch & Lomb without speed adjustment, offering a B and T setting. It is equipped with a lens without markings, opening at f/8.

The model is not identified, and there is no certification that Mazo is the manufacturer; Mazo may have only been the distributor.
