It is just a new name for Bradac Karamad II, whose Companion was the name of sale in the USA. Optikotechna started again the cameras of the Bradac brothers (them also, like employees) during the bankruptcy of their company in 1936. Optikotechna disappeared in 1945 to take place to Meopta.
