Chronology of cameras Contessa-Nettel
The resemblance to the Kodak Vest Pocket is striking. Film loading is similar to the Vest Pocket by removing the right side of the camera. However, unlike the Vest Pocket, the film spool holders are attached to the side and therefore extend outside for easier film loading and unloading, which is much more convenient. There is also a sports viewfinder absent in the Vest Pocket.
There is no distance adjustment. The condition of the front plate is poor on this specimen, but one can still recognize the AGC logo of Gauthier shutters.
