Chronology of cameras Fototecnica
This manufacturer seems to have multiplied the variations of the same camera at low cost. When we look side-by-side at the different Fototecnica box on the site, we can see that the film winding knob, the sides, the two levers for triggering and speed selection always have the same shape (but not exactly the same size) and the same location. Only the viewfinder varies from one model to another.
On the Eaglet and the Filmor, the viewfinder is at eye level . It is in an embossing, added to the device and held by riveting. On another Filmor, the viewfinder is of the side rotational type, which required a forming of the camera body. Finally, another variation tries to look like a TLR.
The original Bandi differs from these models.
The reference book on Italian cameras "Made in Italy" indicates that the Eaglet is a 4.5 x 6 and 6 x 6. After measurement is made, the format is very close to 6 x 9.
