Chronology of cameras Chinon

The Chinon Auto G LX presented in Paris in November 1987 is a 35/60 mm bifocal model. The change from one focal length to the other is achieved by moving a lever on the side of the lens. It is completely motorised and autofocus by infrared. It has only one shutter speed 1/90 second. The cell controls the apertures: 4,  7,5 and 15 at 35 mm and 6,4,  12 and 24 at 60 mm.

It's price and its wide angle lens were probably its best features.
