Agfa has manufactured in Germany and other countries a series of 6 x 9 cm box cameras whose only name is a number.
They are very classic, made either of cardboard or metal. They have a meniscus lens, usually focusless. Very simple, they have, for most of them, no settings.
The number, which does not appear on the cameras, does not seem to follow any logic.

Box No. 84 is largely made of cardboard. It distinguishes itself from other Agfa boxes by the V-shaped design located between the two front windows of the viewfinders. It has a lock to prevent accidental triggering, as well as a two-speed and time exposure (T) setting.
This specimen has a small riveted plate under the lens with the inscription "Jmporté d'Allemagne" (Imported from Germany).
