Dans le milieu des années 20, les temps étaient économiquement difficiles. C'est pourquoi Goerz aurait produit cette solide mais peu chère chambre 6,5 x 9. (source: Mc Keown's). Elle a été produite avec différentes combinaisons objectif/obturateur : objectifs Goerz Frontar 9, Goerz Kalostigmat 6,8 ou Goerz Tenaxiar 6,8 avec des obturateurs Goerz ou Pronto.
