The Modèle B appears, according to the description, to be a bit higher in the range than Modèle A.
Compared to the basic model, it features a viewfinder on the carriage, distance adjustment with a wheel, vertical shift, a shutter with multiple speeds, and a cap on the ground glass viewer. The shutter also appears to be a G. Grégoire, as suggested by the description.
