This variant of the Pilot Reflex is equipped with a Zeiss Tessar 5 cm with maximum aperture of 3.5. It has a swing-out cover on the red window at the back. It also has the KW logo on the front panel of the viewing hood. It is a relatively early camera, with no. 522.
