Les Ringfoto Comatic et X-Comatic sont tous les deux des Balda 104. Le premier n'accepte que des flashcube, alors que le second, n'accepte que des magicube.
Il ne semble pas que cette distinction, en fonction du type de flash, ait existé sur le modèle d'origine. Le Magicube n'apparait qu'en 1970, et il est probable qu'à cette date, le Balda 104 n'était plus en production sous son propre nom.
