Chronology of cameras Huada
This camera was manufactured in Ningbo, China, by Huada.
The maximum production rate was 60,000 per month. The price (ex-works China), for orders ranging from 1000 to 1999 units, was $0.98 per unit. It is likely that the molds for this device were designed by Harbour Industries Co. Ltd.
The front is made of colored transparent or gray plastic. A pivoting flap protects the lens. The lens is a 11/28 mm plastic lens.
It is dual-format, meaning that by using an insert, the negative size changes from 24 x 36 mm to 11 x 36 mm, giving the impression of a panoramic photo.
Chinese seem to refer to this type of camera as an "Angel camera".
And to think that some bought APS cameras just to do panoramic photography, when buying a small facial cream would have been sufficient.
Modern and lightweight materials, (manual) protective door, 28 mm lens (as written under the door), slider allowing switching from normal mode to panoramic mode, full-manual rewind, despite the small drawing suggesting a motor would spare you from cranking, bio-design, etc...
Returning to the slider for switching from normal mode to panoramic mode, it rotates two internal shutters to reduce the height of the negative.
