Chronology of cameras Bencini

In 1950, Bencini introduced a larger sibling to the Comet called the Koroll. It used 120 format film and was a dual-format camera, thanks to the insertion of an internal mask, allowing for negatives in either 6 x 6 cm or 6 x 4.5 cm sizes. The viewfinder did not provide any framing indication for the second format.
The Koroll retained the general characteristics of the Comet, but in the early models of the Koroll, the lens became retractable, featuring an 11/85 mm lens. The shutter had a single speed of 1/50 and a B (bulb) setting.
As is typical with Bencini, the model evolved through several variations, with an emphasis on simplifying manufacturing:

The version with synchronization became known as the Koroll S. It appears that Bencini didn't concern themselves too much with consistency, as there are Koroll S models without synchronization.
The Koroll II introduced in 1961 was a completely different camera, as despite using 120 format film, it produced only 3 x 4 cm negatives.
