Le Contaflex Super B a beaucoup de choses en commun avec le Contaflex Super (deuxième génération) mais a un gros plus : il dispose de l'exposition automatique avec priorité à la vitesse.
Il existe en deux versions, suivant le modèle d'obturateur : Synchro-Compur ou Synchro-Compur x.
