Chronology of cameras Caillon

This model is characterized by its lenses and the structure of its viewfinder, which is fixed to the body of the camera rather than to the front plate.

The Caillon brand appears very clearly between the two lenses.

Determining the models is very difficult. The position of the viewfinder may seem to be a criterion, but it is not sufficient. The model with Virlot lens does not appear in JL Princelle's Collector dossier No. 1, nor in any of the catalogs currently available to us.
