Cet appareil fut présenté lors de la Photokina de 1974 sous la marque GAF. Il portait alors le nom de GAF 200 XF A cette époque GAF ne fabrique plus d'appareils photo et la marque est utilisée par Haking.
Il a un objectif en verre optique et une cellule CdS. Un signal rouge indique dans le viseur la sur ou sous-exposition.
