Chronology of cameras Kamerette

The Kamerette are the so-called Yen Camera, very cheap devices (a Yen is not much) made before and after the Second World War, using inexpensive, lightweight, and therefore .. flimsy materials. They are very small. They were also sold in the streets. The film was replaced by a piece of film placed on small chassis. The development did not require any laboratory and was done by dipping the piece of film and its frame in two baths.
This model is made of wood, covered with a decor paper. The viewfinder is very symbolic, like the ground glass replacing the entire back face.
