Au cours de son existence, le Leidox IIs sera rebaptisé en Lordox IIS, peut-être pour distiguer plus facilement les appareils 24 x 36 mm des 4 x 4 cm.
C'est donc une évolution du premier Leidox. Le capot a été redessiné.
