Le Petri Computor II est le remplaçant du Computor 35.
Il a désormais un objectif de 40 mm ouvrant à 1,7, avec mise au point par télémètre. L'obturateur électronique, controlé par un posemètre CdS permet l'automatisme, y compris avec un flash.
Il a aussi existé un Petri Computor III.
