Il existe plusieurs modèles de Stereo Makina. Dans le format qui nous intéresse, il y a eu un modèle en 1912, appelé précisément Stereo Makinar, puis ce modèle de 1926 (nouveauté 1928 en France). Il s'agit de la déclinaison de la Makina I en stéréo.
Elle se reconnaît facilement à ses deux viseurs décalés l'un par rapport à l'autre.
