Le Miranda Sensorex "B" sorti en 1970 est une évolution du Sensorex. Il semble qu'il y ait peu de différences entre les deux versions, et que celles-ci soient essentiellement esthétiques.
Sur ce modèle, il y a une griffe pour accessoire au-dessus du prisme. Celui-ci est interchangeable avec un viseur de poitrine.
