This Contessa-Nettel box camera existed in two formats: 4 x 6.5 and 6 x 9.

According to McKeown, the design of the 6 x 9 was influenced by the Kodak No. 2 Brownie Model E. The 6 x 4.5 design was inspired by the Kodak No. 0 Brownie.
