Chronology of cameras Kodak
The Kodak No. 3A Autographic was present in Kodak catalogs from 1910 to 1934, with multiple lens and shutter variants.
This version of Kodak N ° 3A Autographic is probably posterior to 1917 since the bellows is black. It was red before that date. It was made in the United States before being made in many other countries: Canada, Great Britain, Australia, etc ...
It has two foot nuts, so you can use a tripod regardless of the direction of the device. The format called "postcard" lent itself well to landscape photos, so with the camera horizontally. The device is equipped with a tiny extra kickstand, located at the corner of the flap. It stabilizes the device when it is placed on a support, in this sense.
Like all Autographic devices, this one has a back hatch, allowing, with the aid of a stylus, to write on the film, for example, the place and the date of the shooting.
