Le modèle F est donné pour être universel, c'est à dire qu'il peut utiliser dans le format 9 x 12 des châssis pour plaque, pour bloc-film ou pour Film-Pack. Ce qui le rend universel, c'est que malgré une épaisseur différente de ces châssis, la mise au point reste bonne (le plan du film étant plus ou moins en arrière).
C'est un modèle en noyer verni et gainé de maroquin à l'extérieur. Le soufflet, en peau, est à simple tirage. L'objectif est à double décentrement. Le viseur, constitué de deux parties, s'adapte au type de châssis et au décentrement.
L'objectif et l'obturateur sont au choix de l'acheteur. Ils sont facilement démontables, et peuvent s'adapter sur d'autres chambres.
