Chronology of cameras Contessa-Nettel
Contessa-Nettel offered several camera models from 1919 (following the merger of Contessa and Nettel) to 1926 (when it was absorbed into Zeiss Ikon). All were exceptionally well-manufactured.
The table below, though not exhaustive, demonstrates that Contessa-Nettel addressed various factors to offer a comprehensive technical catalogue, featuring a wide range of price points. Lenses with an aperture of f/4.5 and Compur shutters were reserved for high-end models. Cheaper shutter options were also available to provide more economical alternatives. However, for models like the Adoro and Fiduca, these alternatives do not appear to have been offered.

The Donata is a very classic camera from the mid-1920s. It is available in 9 x 12 (wooden construction) or 6.5 x 9 (metal construction). It is covered in genuine leather. It can be used with plates or with film packs.
This camera continued its career from 1926, after multiple improvements, until January 1932, under the Zeiss Ikon brand*.
* It was even still available for sale at Porst in 1938, likely as discounted end-of-stock.
