Chronology of cameras Krauss GA
This small Krauss folding is 5 x 7.5 cm format. It is metallic, covered with leatherette and with black bellows. Its lens is a "Tessar 1:4,5 F=9 cm Carl Zeiss Jena Nr 1209380"".
The shutter is a Compur offering from 1 to 1/300 sec. Therefore, it is more recent than another model.
It is not automatic. So after unlocking, you must force the bed to open fully. It is fixed to the body by a hinged strut. Then you have to pull the lens block unit by pressing on the two butterfly wings beneath the lens, up to a locking position.
The focusing is by a lever controlling the slide in which the front block has been locked.
It has a reversible bright viewfinder and a sporting viewfinder, the large front frame of which is missing here.
