As with the Premoette Junior, you need to pull the bellows and insert a metal tab into a slot at the end of the bed for the camera to be ready for operation. On this model, there are three, not two, slots to insert the tab; each slot corresponding to a shooting distance.
The shutter is the widespread Kodak Ball Bearing. The lens is a Bausch and Lomb Planatograph.
We may notice the change in position of the viewfinder in comparison with the Premoette Jr.
